Who we are

An American warehouse, a MENA desk

Skyline Dealz buys surplus from manufacturers, warehouses and retail chains across America. Skyline Volume Trading is the Dubai company that moves that inventory to retailers across the Middle East and North Africa. Two affiliated companies working both ends of the trade, not a chain of middlemen.

Why we run the region from Dubai

Dubai is not an address on our letterhead. It is the point that makes a container out of America reach your shelf for less money and in less time.

  • A port that serves the whole region. Jebel Ali is one of the largest container ports in the world, and its lines reach the Gulf, the Levant and East Africa.
  • Re-export is the norm here. Goods enter and leave Dubai every day; the procedures are built for it rather than being an exception to it. Stock held in a free zone can be stored, repackaged and re-exported without paying UAE import duty or VAT, provided it never enters the local market — see the corridors.
  • Reach beyond the region. From Dubai, our customers move goods onward into East and West Africa, South Asia, Central Asia, the Caucasus and Türkiye — markets that together hold more than two billion people.
  • Consolidation in one place. We combine stock from several sources into one container, so you pay one freight bill instead of three.
  • And a direct lane when Dubai is the long way round. For Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia we usually ship straight from the US coast — same desk, same terms, far fewer sea miles.
  • On your clock. The desk runs on Gulf time. No waiting for the other side of the world to wake up.

How we work

Four things we hold to

This trade runs on trust and repeat orders, not on one-off deals. These are the things we work to, because they are what makes a second order happen.

We only quote what we can deliver

If we quote it, it is secured and available. We do not offer stock we are hoping to source later, and we do not take an order we cannot load.

Honest grading

We write the condition as it is: new in box, shelf pull, return or salvage. Overstating it wins one order and loses a customer.

One landed price

We quote the cost to your destination, not a factory price followed by surprises. You know your final number before you agree.

One person on your file

The same person from your first message to the container arriving. No re-explaining your story every time you call.

Terms

The delivery terms we work on

Pick the term that matches how much clearing and trucking you want to handle. If you are not sure, tell us how much you want to take on and we will suggest the right one.

FOBFree on board

We deliver the goods loaded on the vessel at the origin port; you take on the sea freight, insurance and clearance. Best if you have your own forwarder and rates you have already negotiated.

CFRCost and freight

We cover sea freight to your arrival port; insurance, clearance and inland movement stay with you. A common term here for buyers with a clearing agent they trust.

CIFCost, insurance and freight

The same, with marine insurance added. This is the default on most of our offers, because it gives you a clean number to the port without carrying the risk of the voyage.

DDPDelivered duty paid

We deliver to your warehouse door with duty paid and clearance done. Higher price, zero hassle — suits a buyer new to importing, or one who simply does not want to deal with customs.

Where the merchandise comes from

You cannot sell good closeout stock unless you buy it well. The American side of the business is what makes the Gulf side possible.

Manufacturers & importers

Surplus runs, cancelled orders and packaging changes.

3PLs & fulfilment warehouses

Aged stock taking up space they need for something else.

Mass & chain retailers

End-of-season, returns and store closures.

Insurance & salvage claims

Goods caught in a transit or warehouse incident.
