These terms govern the use of this website. The actual terms of sale are agreed in writing on each individual transaction.
This site is not a binding offer
The information published here about categories, markets and services is a general description of what we do. Availability, condition, quantity and price change constantly, and become binding only in a written quotation issued by us for a specific transaction.
Terms of sale
Every transaction is governed by its quotation and the sales invoice that accompanies it, including the condition grade, the delivery term (such as CIF, CFR or DDP), the payment terms and the schedule. Where this website and the transaction documents conflict, the transaction documents prevail.
Condition of goods
Closeout, overstock and returned merchandise is sold in the condition described on the manifest. We grade honestly and state what we know, but goods graded as returns or salvage are sold as-is without a performance warranty unless stated otherwise in writing.
Import and compliance
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that goods may be imported and sold in their market, including voltage and plug standards, product labelling, food shelf-life rules and local licensing. We provide the documents and specifications that help you verify this, but the compliance decision in the destination country remains yours.
Trademarks
Brand names that may appear on manifests belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify merchandise. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.
Content and links
We make reasonable efforts to keep the content of this site accurate, without warranting that it is free of errors. Photographs shown are illustrative and do not necessarily represent currently available stock. We are also not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.
Separate companies
Skyline Volume Trading is a separate, independently constituted company, and is the sole contracting party to any transaction arising from this website. Skyline Dealz in the United States is a distinct legal entity. Each company is responsible for its own obligations only, and neither assumes the liabilities, debts or claims of the other unless it has expressly agreed to do so in writing.
Governing law
Unless agreed otherwise in writing in the transaction documents, dealings arising from this site are governed by the law specified in those documents, and the contracting party is Skyline Volume Trading, Dubai.
